IT Salaries statistics for the second half of 2011 year has been published

Our analysis of IT salaries is based on the data provided by the companies, who are the leaders in software development, recruiting agency HumanLab and independent analysis, who had worked out popular job search sites.
In accordance with obtained data we should point out that salaries growth in Kyiv is about 8,8%, and in regions for11,5 %, comparing with previous analysis, which indicates the development of IT market.
Average salaries offers of IT professionals in Ukraine are at the range of $1000 – $2500. Of course, nobody eliminates higher salary indexes for different categories of IT specialists.
The most low-paid employees are PHP and Embaded developers, monthly salary of the first ones is between $560 (junior developer) and $1942 (senior developer) in Ukraine and from $818 to $2073 in Kyiv, as for Embaded, it varies from $507 to $1798 in Ukraine and Kyiv accordingly.
The most expensive specialists in Ukraine are Java developers, whose average salary varies from $871 (Junior developer) to $2961 (Senior developer)in Ukraine and from $1254 to $3239 in Kyiv.
Among project manager the situation is the same: PHP PMs earn about $2546 ($2966) monthly in Ukraine (Kyiv), and Embedded $2217($2799).
Notable break in salaries is observed in testers and QA area: junior QA earns about $336 monthly in Ukraine ($354, Kyiv), and senior QA gets $2593 in Ukraine and $1930 in Kyiv. It is esential to note that the salaries of quality assurance engineers in regions surprisingly higher then in capital.
.Net developers are the “golden mean” of our analysis, in this case salaries vary from $780 Ukraine ($1159 Kyiv) for junior developer to $2542 Ukraine ($2720 Kyiv) for senior.
Also we should point out growth of salaries of other IT specialities: business analysts earn about $1911 monthly in Ukraine ($2471 Kyev), layout designers $1641 ($1897), technical writers $1300 ($1602), graphic designer $1494 ($1793) and system administrator $907 ($1398).
